On March 7, 2023, the administrator of a deceased client’s estate alleged that Travis Castleberry and his then-firm, Edward Jones, effectuated a beneficiary change from the client’s estate to a third party when the client was not capable of authorizing this change.
The beneficiary change allegedly occurred on or about March 27, 2018. The administrator seeks $100,000 in this pending dispute.
