Terry Bunn Fired Following Employer Allegations
Terry Bunn (CRD #: 6436099), a broker formerly registered with Edward Jones, was recently fired, according to their BrokerCheck record, accessed on March 2, 2022. Details of the termination are provided below.
On November 17, 2021, Edward Jones fired Terry Bunn following allegations that they allowed a client to sign the name of their spouse to account documents. FINRA Rule 4511 requires that brokers maintain accurate firm records. Rule 4512 requires that brokers maintain customer information, including their customer’s name as well as the name of anyone responsible for the account.
Terry Bunn has passed the following exams:
- Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law Examination
- SIE – Securities Industry Essentials Examination
- Series 7 General Securities Representative Examination
