On December 3, 2021, Allstate Insurance Company fired Sean Kelly following allegations that he inaccurately completed and/or directed or consented for support staff to inaccurately complete casualty insurance applications to receive compensation to which they were not entitled.

This conduct would violate FINRA Rule 2010. FINRA Rule 2010 requires brokers to observe high standards of commercial honor and just and equitable principles of trade.
