Roger Arnold Permitted to Resign Following Allegations
Roger Arnold (CRD #: 5284151), a former broker with PFS Investments in Salem Oregon, was recently permitted to resign, according to his BrokerCheck record, accessed on September 20, 2021. This is not the first disclosure on his record.
On July 16, 2021, PFS Investments permitted Roger Arnold to resign, following allegations that he redeemed funds from an immediate family member’s account. He then allegedly placed the money into a joint account to which he had access.
According to FINRA Rule 2150, “no member firm shall make improper use of a customer’s securities or funds.” FINRA prohibits this type of activity to prevent misappropriation and conversion of investor funds. Firms typically have their own rules in place regarding the management of investor funds.
Roger Arnold has also been the subject of two tax liens which total $24,543.
