Patrick Jenkins Allegedly Made Material Misrepresentations

Investor Allegations 

On April 5, 2024, investors alleged that Patrick Jenkins made material misrepresentations and breached his fiduciary duty. He also allegedly recommended unsuitable alternative products

On March 31, 2021, an investor alleged that Patrick Jenkins sold annuities that were unsuitable and misrepresented. The investor alleged the was charged excessive and undisclosed fees.   • Time horizon (i.e., how long the investor plans to hold the investment)
  • Investing experience
  • Tax status
  • Financial goals

Investors who rely on brokers for recommendations may be able to recover losses from unsuitable investment recommendations by pursuing FINRA arbitration.
