Investor Alleges Noah Bergeron Executed Unsuitable Transactions

On June 16, 2022, an investor alleged that Noah Bergeron executed unsuitable fixed annuities transactions in 2015, 2016, and 2020. The client seeks $85,000 in this pending dispute.
A dispute filed on June 26, 2019, alleged that Noah Bergeron misrepresented a variable annuity purchased in January 2019. This dispute was denied by the firm.
