Natalie Pham (CRD #: 7581512), a broker formerly registered with J.P. Morgan Securities, has been suspended by FINRA, according to her BrokerCheck record, accessed on June 15, 2025. Keep reading if you have questions about her alleged conduct as a broker.

FINRA Suspension

On May 8, 2025, Natalie Pham consented to the entry of findings that she allegedly made misrepresentations to a mortgage lender between February and March 2024.

According to a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver & Consent (AWC), Natalie Pham allegedly submitted two letters to a mortgage lender on behalf of a friend (the “Borrower”), so that friend could qualify for a mortgage loan. In these letters Natalie Pham allegedly misrepresented that she was the Borrower’s daughter and that $30,000 she provided to the Borrower in several payments were bona fide gifts.

Instead, the AWC alleged that Natalie Pham had no familial relation to the Borrower and these funds were transferred from her personal checking account to the Borrower to be used as part of a down payment. Natalie Pham allegedly received a portion of the $30,000 from the Borrower in cash prior to making the first of these purported gifts, and allegedly received the remainder of these funds after making a second transfer.

The mortgage lender allegedly approved the Borrower’s loan application after taking Natalie Pham’s misrepresentations into consideration, along with other factors.

Further, Natalie Pham allegedly worked as a Private Client Banker at J.P. Morgan Securities’ affiliate bank, and was therefore familiar with mortgage lending requirements and firm policies concerning personal finance and integrity.

The AWC concluded that these allegations constitute violations of FINRA Rule 2010.

FINRA Rule 2010

FINRA Rule 2010 holds brokers to high standards of commercial honor and just and equitable principles of trade.

Sanctions

Natalie Pham consented to the following sanctions:

  • $10,000 fine

Her suspension began on May 19, 2025, and will end on May 18, 2026. You can read a copy of the AWC here.

Termination from JPMorgan Chase Bank

On April 30, 2024, Natalie Pham was fired from JPMorgan Chase Bank for allegedly violating her firm’s policy concerning personal finances and Currency Transaction Reporting.
