On December 20, 2022, the son of a deceased client filed a dispute alleging that Mary Wallack failed to act in the client’s best interest and failed to provide clear and accurate financial advice with regard to the designation of a beneficiary.
The son of the client alleged that this misconduct occurred between March 15, 2022, and the date of filing. This dispute was denied by the firm.
