Beneficiaries Allege Kevin Cook Engaged in Elder Abuse

On October 6, 2022, several beneficiaries alleged that Kevin Cook engaged in elder abuse by taking client assets without oversight between December 1, 2015, and August 12, 2022. They sought $375,000 in damages but the dispute was denied by the firm.
