Kevin Arvoy Allegedly Failed to Comply with an Arbitration Award

Regulatory Action 

On February 8, 2024, FINRA suspended Kevin Arvoy following allegations that he failed to comply with an arbitration award or settlement agreement to satisfactorily respond to a FINRA request to provide information concerning the status of compliance. 

The Award found Kevin Arvoy liable for $308,105.22 following allegations that he failed to repay the outstanding principal balance on a promissory note for $154,166.74 and needed to repay a $150,000 duplicate bonus payment. You can see a copy of the Award here
