On February 8, 2024, FINRA suspended Kevin Arvoy following allegations that he failed to comply with an arbitration award or settlement agreement to satisfactorily respond to a FINRA request to provide information concerning the status of compliance.
The Award found Kevin Arvoy liable for $308,105.22 following allegations that he failed to repay the outstanding principal balance on a promissory note for $154,166.74 and needed to repay a $150,000 duplicate bonus payment. You can see a copy of the Award here.
