Kenneth Angell’s Registration Suspended in New Hampshire

Kenneth Angell (CRD #: 6744214), a broker formerly registered with Ameriprise Financial Services, recently had his registration revoked and suspended in New Hampshire, according to his BrokerCheck record, accessed on March 30, 2023. On January 13, 2023, the New Hampshire Bureau of Securities Regulation alleged that Kenneth Angell’s firm was audited in June 2022, but that the audit was not facilitated and the Bureau did not receive the requested documents.
The Bureau issued a cease and desist order, revoked and suspended Kenneth Angell’s registration in the state, and subjected him to a penalty of $5,000. This revocation and suspension took effect on January 13, 2023.
According to BrokerCheck, this action remains pending.
