In a dispute filed on July 20, 2022, an investor alleged that Keith Garner and others misrepresented an annuity product purchased on May 3, 2022, by stating that it was a short-term investment, that he would have full access to his principal after one year, and that he would earn at least 5%. The client sought $60,000 in damages but was denied by the firm.
