Investors Allege Joe Nelson Violated Multiple FINRA Rules

FINRA Rules 2020 and 2010

FINRA Rule 2111

FINRA Rule 2111 requires brokers to recommend securities that sufficiently suit their client’s financial goals. Brokers must use the information contained in an investor’s profile, such as their tax status, age, and risk tolerance when making recommendations.

Brokers also have an obligation towards fair dealing and ethical practices as part of this rule.
