On June 23, 2025, Jeffrey Arbeit consented to the entry of findings that he allegedly refused to produce information and documents requested by FINRA as part of an investigation.
According to a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver & Consent (AWC), this investigation allegedly concerned a Form U5 (Uniform Termination Notice of Securities Industry Registration) filed by Farmers Financial Solutions which stated that Jeffrey Arbeit was fired for failing to report private securities transactions.
The AWC concluded that the alleged refusal to provide information constituted a violation of FINRA Rules 8210 and 2010.
