Jay Davis Named in Regulatory Disclosure after Allegedly Failing to Pay Taxes
Jay Davis (CRD #: 5702046), a broker registered with Country Capital Management Company, was named in a regulatory action initiated by the Illinois Securities Department after he allegedly failed to pay a tax administered by the Illinois Department of Revenue.

Illinois Regulatory Disclosure
The disclosure alleges that on or about June 10, 2021, the IDS sent a letter to Jay Davis notifying him that he had an outstanding tax bill. He was also allegedly notified that his license as a salesperson was at risk for revocation if Illinois did not receive a release within 15 days. The State allegedly did not receive a release by the appointed deadline.
On October 15, 2021, Jay Davis became the subject of a tax lien for $1,082.18.
