On December 21, 2022, Isaiah Frection was fired from NYLIFE Securities after allegedly admitting to violating firm policy by submitting life insurance applications for clients he had no apparent familial relationship with and using his personal bank account information to pay the initial premiums.

Isaiah Frection allegedly also admitted to commingling funds in his bank account when clients reimbursed him for these payments, in violation of company policy.
