State of Minnesota Revokes Greg Koalska’s Registration

Regulatory Actions by State of Minnesota
On July 25, 2022, the State of Minnesota revoked Greg Koalska’s registration after determining that he allegedly impersonated clients when contacting insurance call centers and obtained client information in this way.
On March 10, 2020, the State of Minnesota Department of Commerce alleged that Greg Koalska impersonated a former client to an insurance company. Greg Koalska was fined $1,000.
