Investor Alleges Frederick Troendle Mistimed Discretionary Trades

On December 23, 2022, an investor alleged that Frederick Troendle failed to consider the timing of certain discretionary trades, leading to the client owing avoidable taxes. The client sought $75,000 in damages but the firm denied the dispute.
