Employment Separation After Allegations 

On September 4, 2025, Truist Investment Services fired Evan Klein following allegations that he emailed a client an incomplete document and requested the client sign and return it, but advised the client that he would complete the document after receipt. Evan Klein allegedly received the signed, incomplete document, attached the signature page to a completed version of the document, and submitted it to the firm for processing. 

High Standards of Commercial Honor

FINRA Rule 2010 holds brokers to high standards of commercial honor and just and equitable principles of trade. Completing a document after receiving a client signature could violate this rule.
