New Jersey Bureau of Securities Issues Eric Roark a Revocation Order Following a FINRA Suspension

Eric Roark (CRD #: 4177967) was issued with a revocation order by the New Jersey Bureau of Securities, according to his BrokerCheck Record accessed on February 10, 2022. 

Revocation Details

On December 6, 2021, the New Jersey Bureau of Securities revoked Eric Roark’s license following his FINRA suspension. 

FINRA Suspension 

According to a complaint raised by FINRA on November 11, 2020, Eric Roark allegedly failed to comply with an arbitration award or settlement agreement or to satisfactorily respond to a FINRA request to provide information concerning the status of the arbitration’s compliance. The arbitration award found Eric Roark liable for $27,862.63 plus interest, in addition to other costs. The suspension will continue until Eric Roark makes the required payment.

Employment Termination 

On July 14, 2020, Ameriprise Financial fired Eric Roark after allegedly violating a company policy related to fixed income securities trading activity.

Tax Lien

On October 17, 2017, Eric Roark became the subject of a tax lien for $20,101.24. 

Denied Dispute

According to the allegations filed on April 2, 2018, Eric Roark failed to execute his client’s sell order. The firm denied the dispute.
