On December 9, 2021, Key Investment Services fired Emily Pich following allegations that she improperly handled her family members’ accounts, specifically a retirement investment account titled in her mother’s name holding a linked fixed annuity. Key Investment Services allegedly identified signature discrepancies following a review of withdrawal request forms maintained by the insurance carrier.
