Edward Winokur is the Subject of an Investor Dispute

On April 26, 2024, an investor alleged that Edward Winokur recommended investments that were not in the client’s best interest. The investments allegedly took place between October 2021 through January 2022. The dispute was denied by the firm, but investors should know that firms can deny disputes without any external review. On December 9, 2019, an investor alleged Edward Winokur executed an excessive number of trades of poorly performing stocks, bonds, and mutual funds. He also allegedly did not inform the investor of the associated costs of these transactions. The investor sought $125,000 but this dispute was also denied.
