On February  28, 2024, Stonecrest Capital Markets alleged it had received a FINRA arbitration notice from an investor. The investor alleged that Edward Kasperavich made poor investment recommendations, including a $300,000 investment in GWG Holdings L Bonds and $90,000 investment in Northstar Healthcare Income. 

The investor is seeking $390,000.
