DeVere Dudley Suspended Following Arbitration Award

DeVere Dudley (CRD #: 2092082), a broker previously registered with Raymond James, is the subject of a FINRA suspension. This regulatory disclosure appears in his BrokerCheck record, accessed on August 8, 2023. 

On July 26, 2023, FINRA suspended DeVere Dudley following allegations he failed to with or satisfactorily comply with an arbitration award or settlement or to satisfactorily respond to a FINRA request to provide information concerning the status of compliance. This suspension will continue until the required payment is made or discharged.
