David Franklin Barred by FINRA

David Franklin (CRD #: 5236215) has been barred by FINRA. This disclosure appears on his BrokerCheck record, accessed on December 8, 2025. Keep reading if you have questions regarding his alleged conduct.

Regulatory Action

On October 21, 2025, David Franklin entered into an Acceptance, Waiver, and Consent agreement (AWC), in which he consented to the findings that he refused to produce information and documents requested by FINRA. The request was made in connection with an investigation into a tip made to FINRA and the circumstances giving rise to the Form U5 filing by his member firm. The findings stated that David Franklin’s firm had terminated his registrations through the firm because he was under criminal indictment.

Criminal Allegations

On May 6, 2025, three criminal charges of conspiracy to commit money laundering, conspiracy to commit health care fraud, and illegal health care kickbacks were entered against David Franklin. The charges are currently pending.
