Cody Anderson Barred by FINRA Following Termination from Equitable Advisors

Cody Anderson (CRD #: 5999762) has been barred by FINRA. This is according to his BrokerCheck record, accessed on August 3, 2025. Keep reading if you have questions regarding his alleged conduct. 

Regulatory Action 

On April 1, 2025, FINRA barred Cody Anderson for failing to respond to FINRA requests for information. 

FINRA Rule 9552

FINRA Rule 9552 states that members who fail to provide documents, information, or testimony requested by FINRA will be suspended. Members who fail to request an end to their suspension within three months are permanently barred.

Employment Separation After Allegations 

On October 28, 2024, Equitable Advisors fired Cody Anderson following allegations that he submitted multiple fictitious variable annuity applications.
