On January 4, 2024, an investor alleged that Christopher Jumalon facilitated the purchase of a $1 million American National annuity and failed to complete the required suitability section of the application. Ash Brokerage allegedly requested that he complete this portion of the application, but he allegedly failed to respond to the request. 

The investor further alleged that Christopher Jumalon failed to purchase Treasury Bills. The dispute was settled for $48,376.
