Brian Blanco Suspended Following Forgery Allegations
Brian Blanco (CRD #: 6423223), a previously registered broker with State Farm VP Management, is the subject of a FINRA fine and suspension, according to his BrokerCheck record, accessed on March 9, 2022.
On January 24, 2022, Brian Blanco consented to FINRA allegations that he forged signatures of insurance customers on applications for life insurance without the customer’s knowledge. Forgery is a violation of FINRA Rule 2010, which requires associated persons to observe high standards of commercial honor and just and equitable principles of trade.
