Brady Dougan is the Subject of Credit Suisse AT1 Bond Civil Actions

Brady Dougan (CRD #: 2423049), a broker registered with Exos Securities, is the subject of several civil actions regarding Credit Suisse AT1 bonds. These disclosures appear on his BrokerCheck record, accessed on April 19, 2024. Details concerning these civil actions are provided below.

Civil Actions 

On December 22, 2023, Homer Wealth Management filed a civil complaint alleging that Brady Dougan breached his fiduciary duty pursuant to Swiss law on behalf of certain holders of Credit Suisse AT1 bonds. Allegedly, numerous Credit Suisse officers, directors, and executives failed to supervise Credit Suisse employees. The complaint further alleges imprudent risk-taking. 

There are two other disputes from 2023 with similar allegations. 

Two disputes from 2023 allege on behalf of Credit Suisse common shareholders that defendants were engaged in a continuing course of misconduct, including claims of breaches of statutory and common law duties. There is also a claim under the federal RICO statute against numerous Credit Suisse officers, directors, and executives.
