Ariel Santana Involved in an Investor Dispute

Ariel Santana (CRD #: 6469282), a broker registered with Morgan Stanley, is facing an investor dispute. This is according to a disclosure that appears on her BrokerCheck record, accessed on August 10, 2023. Keep reading for more information. 

On July 6, 2023, an investor alleged that another co-trustee never authorized the liquidation of a trust account during a conversation with Ariel Santana’s assistant. The investor is seeking $104,919 in this pending dispute.
