Investor Dispute

On January 9, 2023, an investor filed a dispute alleging that, from 2021-2023, Anmarie Rizzo made misrepresentations with regard to the expenses associated with a Liquidity Access Line account. The client also made other, undisclosed allegations. This dispute is currently pending.

FINRA Rule 2020
