Investor Alleges Andrew Jesse Failed to Re-Allocate Funds

On February 17, 2023, an investor filed a dispute alleging that Andrew Jesse failed to transfer funds to a more conservative allocation, causing the value of the client’s account to drop. This dispute was denied by the firm.
Investors should be aware, however, that firms can deny a dispute without an external review. Investors may be able to recoup their losses by pursuing FINRA arbitration after a denial.
