Alexandria Bovee Barred by FINRA

Alexandria Bovee (CRD #: 7090353) has been barred by FINRA. She was most recently registered with Edward Jones. This disclosure appears on her BrokerCheck record, accessed on March 5, 2023. Details concerning her bar are provided below.

Regulatory Bar

On December 13, 2023, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) barred Alexandra Bovee following allegations that she refused to appear for on-the-record testimony requested by FINRA. FINRA was investigating whether she violated FINRA rules in connection with the offer or sale of securities issued by Integrated National Resources, which also did business under the name “WeedGenics.” WeedGenics allegedly raised approximately $61.7 million from 350 investors nationwide.

The SEC alleges WeedGenics made Ponzi-like payments to investors. Ponzi schemes use funds from new investors to pay off previous investors, passing off the payments as returns on the investment.
