On November 18, 2024, Akinfolarin Sessi consented to the entry of findings that he allegedly refused to appear for on-the-record testimony requested by FINRA.
According to a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver & Consent (AWC), FINRA allegedly requested Akinfolarin Sessi’s testimony in connection with an investigation into his possible involvement in an outside business activity.
The AWC concluded that the alleged refusal to provide testimony violated FINRA Rules 8210 and 2010.
