Adam French Fired by Brokers International Financial Services

Adam French (CRD #: 6912468), a broker registered with Brokers International Financial Services, has been terminated by Brokers International Financial Services. This is according to his BrokerCheck record, accessed on November 13, 2023. Keep reading if you have questions. 

On October 9, 2023, Brokers International Financial Services fired Adam French following allegations by a client. The client alleges he never opened an account with the firm, nor did he authorize the transfer of his existing accounts to the firm. He alleges his electronic signature was obtained fraudulently. 

The firm alleges that Adam French failed to follow proper procedure for electronic signatures by assisting the investor in setting up an email address and utilizing an unrelated person’s cell phone for verification purposes.

FINRA Rule 2010 holds brokers to high standards of commercial honor and just and equitable principles of trade. Failing to follow a firm’s policy for electronic signatures may violate this rule.
