Adam Ezrilov Barred by FINRA for Alleged Failure to Provide Testimony

On December 24, 2024, Adam Ezrilov consented to the entry of findings that he allegedly failed to appear for on-the-record testimony requested in connection with a FINRA investigation.
In a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver & Consent (AWC), FINRA’s investigation allegedly concerned a Uniform Termination Notice for Securities Industry Registration (Form U5) filed by LPL Financial which stated that Adam Ezrilov submitted succession plan documents containing a non-genuine signature.
The AWC concluded that Adam Ezrilov’s alleged failure to appear for testimony violated FINRA Rules 8210 and 2010.

Sanctions

On February 2, 2024, Adam Ezrilov was fired from LPL Financial after allegedly submitting succession plan documents containing a non-genuine signature.
Termination from Advantage Wealth Advisors
On December 7, 2023, Adam Ezrilov was fired from Advantage Wealth Advisors following allegations that he engaged in unethical business practices and violated the firm’s document signature policy.
FINRA Suspension
On July 24, 2023, FINRA suspended Adam Ezrilov following allegations he failed to comply with an arbitration award or settlement agreement or to sufficiently respond to a FINRA request to provide information concerning the status of his compliance.
Adam Ezrilov’s suspension ran from July 24 to September 1, 2023.
Article VI, Section 3 of FINRA By-Laws
Article VI, Section 3 of FINRA By-Laws allows FINRA to suspend or cancel the membership of any member who fails to comply with arbitration awards or settlement agreements.

FINRA Rule 9554 penalizes brokers who fail to comply with arbitration awards or settlements by suspending or canceling their registration. Brokers have 21 days to request a hearing before their suspension or cancellation becomes final.
