Adam Ellison Subject of FINRA Fine and Suspension
Adam Ellison (CRD #: 6073346), a broker previously registered with Ameriprise Financial Services, has been suspended by FINRA, according to his BrokerCheck record, accessed on July 25, 2023. Keep reading if you have questions.
On June 5, 2023, Adam Ellison entered into an Acceptance, Waiver, and Consent agreement (AWC) in which he consented to the findings that he willfully failed to timely amend his Form U4 to disclose he had been charged with a felony. He was required to disclose the felony within 30 days of becoming aware of the charge, but the AWC alleges he did not disclose the felony until approximately four months later.
As part of the terms of the AWC, Adam Ellison consented to a $5,000 fine and a three-month suspension.
