Abtin Bashirazami Allegedly Misrepresented an Indexed Universal Life Insurance Policy

On June 18, 2024, an investor alleged that Abtin Bashirazami recommended that he liquidate his 529 savings account and use an inheritance to fund an Indexed Universal Life insurance policy. He further alleged that Abtin Bashirazami misrepresented the IUL policy. 

The investor is seeking $241,666.58. 

Misrepresentation
