Employment Separation After Allegations 

On June 24, 2025, TD Securities (USA) fired Violeta Nusinoff following allegations that she failed to disclose her husband’s trading accounts. After she disclosed the trading accounts and the firm received past statements, the firm discovered that several trades had been placed that should have had trading restrictions at the time the trades were made. 

High Standards of Commercial Honor

FINRA Rule 2010 holds brokers to high standards of commercial honor and just and equitable principles of trade. Failing to disclose trading accounts may violate this rule.
