Stanley Ingram Allegedly Misrepresented Fixed Annuity
Stanley Ingram (CRD #: 840304), a broker registered with MML Investors Services, allegedly misrepresented an investment, according to his BrokerCheck record, accessed on August 27, 2022. Read on to learn more about his conduct as a broker.
On July 13, 2022, an investor alleged that Stanley Ingram misrepresented a fixed annuity issued around July 6, 2021. This dispute was denied by the firm.
Investors should be aware, however, that firms can deny disputes without any external review. Investors can still seek out FINRA arbitration after a denial and potentially recover their money.

The misrepresentation of investments violates FINRA Rule 2020, which forbids the use of manipulative, deceptive, and otherwise fraudulent means of influencing investors’ decisions.
