Nick Williams is Facing a FINRA Suspension
Nick Williams (CRD #: 5836696) has been suspended by FINRA. He is currently registered with Advisors Asset Management. This disclosure appears on his BrokerCheck record, accessed on December 11, 2023. Keep reading if you have questions about his alleged conduct as a broker.
On October 17, 2023, Nick Williams consented to the entry of findings that he recorded inaccurate information on at least 30 order memoranda. The findings stated that he inaccurately recorded orders were received by a registered representative who had not actually received the orders. The AWC alleges that Nick Williams was aware that each order was received by a different registered representative who was not authorized to receive them due to a conflict of interest.
As part of the terms of the AWC, Nick Williams consented to a suspension of one month and a fine of $5,000.
