Investor Dispute

On December 28, 2022, an investor filed an arbitration alleging that Joseph Badolato misrepresented a structured certificate of deposit purchased by the client in March 2021. The client seeks $82,000 in this pending arbitration.

On October 13, 2017, several investors filed a dispute alleging that Joseph Badolato misled them with regard to a Puerto Rico municipal bond investment purchased in February 2011. The clients further alleged that their investment had lost value. They sought $108,982.29 in damages but the dispute was denied by the firm.
