On October 23, 2024, Jonathan Vagle consented to the entry of findings that he allegedly refused to appear for on-the-record testimony requested in connection with a FINRA investigation into the circumstances of his termination from FBL Marketing Services.
According to a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver & Consent (AWC), FBL Marketing Services allegedly disclosed on a Form U5 (Uniform Termination Notice for Securities Industry Registration) that Jonathan Vagle had been terminated by the firm’s affiliate life insurance and property/casualty insurance companies for failing to follow company policies involving insurance premium payments and client signatures.
The AWC concluded that this alleged refusal to provide testimony violated FINRA Rules 8210 and 2010.
