On April 22, 2022, an investor alleged that Jarod Haglin failed to disclose charges, expenses, and fees associated with investments, as well as an unspecified allegation related to suitability. This dispute was denied by the firm.

- Time horizon (i.e., how long the investor plans to hold the investment)
- Investing experience
- Tax status
