James Alexandro Fired by JP Morgan Chase Bank

James Alexandro (CRD #: 6827092), a broker formerly registered with JP Morgan Chase Bank, has been fired. This is according to his BrokerCheck record, accessed on February 7, 2022.

On November 30, 2021, JP Morgan allegedly fired James Alexandro following allegations that he indicated in an internal system that both customers were present when adding a signer to an existing account when they were not. He also allegedly signed on behalf of the customer using a click-to-sign method. This would have resulted in inaccurate books and records. FINRA Rule 4511 requires brokers to maintain accurate books and records.
