Glenn Donnell Suspended by FINRA

Regulatory Action
On August 15, 2024, Glenn Donnell entered into an Acceptance, Waiver, and Consent agreement (AWC) in which he consented to the entry of findings that he exercised discretion without prior written authorization. He also allegedly mismarked solicited trades as unsolicited. All of the trades were in marijuana securities, which trade over the counter. He allegedly mismarked the trades to bypass the firm’s system to block solicited over-the-counter trades.
As part of the terms of the AWC, Glenn Donnell consented to a $12,500 fine and a four-month suspension. You can read a copy of the AWC here.
