Glen Gatlin Embroiled in Nine Million Dollar Investor Dispute

Glen Gatlin (CRD #:1734089), a broker and investment advisor registered with Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, is involved in an investor dispute, according to his BrokerCheck record accessed on December 30, 2022. 

On August 10, 2022, an investor filed a dispute against Glen Gatlin alleging misappropriation of funds and misrepresentation. The customer also alleges that Glen Gatlin did not properly execute the Transfer on Death documents. 

The investor is seeking to recover $9,000,000一the case is still pending.

FINRA Rule 2020

Also, by misappropriating funds and failing to execute his client’s Transfer on Death documents properly, Glen Gatlin allegedly failed to observe high standards of commercial honor and just and equitable principles of trade, thus violating FINRA Rule 2010.
