Investor Alleges Edward Kohlhepp Recommended Illiquid Investments

On July 27, 2022, an investor alleged that Edward Kohlhepp recommended investments in 2013 and 2015 that would be illiquid and inaccessible to the client in August 2022. The client sought $85,609.16 in damages but the dispute was denied by the firm.
