FINRA Suspended Ebony Parks

On April 29, 2022, FINRA sent Ebony Parks a Notice of Suspension for allegedly failing to respond to requests for information. Her suspension began on May 23, 2022, and will continue until FINRA receives the requested information or the suspension automatically converts into a bar.
FINRA Rule 9552
FINRA Rule 9552 defines the consequences for failing to provide testimony, documents, or information upon request by FINRA. Brokers are first suspended for three months, then it becomes a bar unless the suspended broker requests an end to their suspension.
