Investor Alleges Claudio Neto Misled Him

On November 14, 2022, an investor alleged that Claudio Neto misled him, gave advice and recommendations that led to losses and expenses, and that a recommended investment strategy failed. This dispute is currently pending.
In a dispute filed on January 15, 2020, an investor alleged that Claudio Neto misled him with regard to the premium required by a non-variable life insurance policy, the funds for which were supplied from the client’s investment account. This dispute was settled for $79,708.46.
